What if my company address changes?

You can update your company address in your AnswerConnect App. This will change the address our receptionists see when they answer your calls. 

These instructions will not change your billing address. If you need to change your billing address, please let us know by calling (800) 531-5828 or emailing clientservices@answerconnect.com.

To change the address our receptionists see when answering your calls, go to your AnswerConnect App and choose Manage from the menu on the left side of the screen. 

Then choose Business Details.

There, you can add or change your company's Location.
