How can I get my call detail record report?

A Call Detail Record report contains the date, start time, caller's phone number, and duration for all your calls in a given date range. 

To create the report, go to the Reports tab of Client Web Access.

You'll see a list of all your recent calls. Set the date picker to the date range you want to include in your report.

On the right side of the screen, you'll see buttons to Filter and Download your data. 

When you download the data, you'll get a CSV (comma separated values) file. You can open this in your favorite spreadsheet application, such as Excel or Google Sheets, and work with the data.
