How can I edit my script?

You can make basic edits to your script through your AnswerConnect App. If you need to make substantial changes, please contact our Client Services department at (800) 531-5828 or for assistance.

To review and edit your script, choose Manage from the main menu.

Then, choose Call Script.

Note that your entire script may not be visible at first. To access parts of the script you don't see right away, choose an option in the call flow to reveal deeper content. 

Look for the edit (pencil) icon to edit elements of your script.
