Can I forward messages to my team?

You can forward one or more messages to any email address. First, log in to your AnswerConnect App at

Choose Messages from the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select the message you want to forward.

To forward the message, choose Forward from the dropdown menu at the top right of the message details area.

You'll see a popup window where you can enter the email address and a note to the person who will receive the forwarded message.
