How can I change my transfer number
If you have different staff on duty at different times and want to have your calls transferred accordingly, we can help.
If you'd like to add a designated person for us to transfer calls to, contact our client services department at (800) 531-5828 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you already have a person in your script and just want to change the info, you can do it yourself through your AnswerConnect App.
Choose Manage from the main menu, and then Call Script. Use the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.
If your on-call staff rotate frequently, we can include a Google Sheet in your account. This will let us know who is on duty on a given day. You'll be able to edit this information at any time if your staffing changes.
