What if I go over my plan minutes?
We email clients when they reach 80% usage, and again at 100%.
Once you have used your plan minutes for the month, your overage is calculated each day. If the overage exceeds $100, your card will be charged for the overage amount.
If you think you are seeing a higher message volume than usual, don't hesitate to call us at (800) 531-5828 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that at any point during the month, we can retroactively change your rate plan for the current month. So as long as you contact us before the end of the month, we can make sure you're in the right plan.
