How do I change my RespOrg
Also called porting, transferring the RespOrg (Responsible Organization) status for your number to us means you'll no longer have a toll bill for that line. We host it for free.
To get started, email a copy of your latest bill to email@example.com. We will then call you to determine how you plan to use the number on your account.
Then, we'll send you an LOA (Letter of Authorization) to sign, beginning the process of releasing the number to us.
The entire process of porting or transferring RespOrg status usually takes about 8-10 days. Don't stop paying the bill from your provider, or cancel your account with them, until you've heard from us that the process is complete.
