What is Agent View?

The Agent View option in your AnswerConnect app allows you to see exactly what our agents see when they're taking your calls. We give you the option of reviewing this so we can troubleshoot any call-handling issues together.

If you don't see something in Agent View, our agents won't see it either.

Here's how to get to Agent View:

First, go to the Manage tab by clicking the icon with the three vertical sliders.

Next, choose Agent View

Your Agent View will appear in a popup window. 

You'll see that our virtual receptionists have access to your script, which they use to help your callers.

The receptionists also have your hours of operation, location, staff directory, and other information they might need to answer basic questions about your business.
