Can I get a list of my calls

If you would like to download a list of your calls for a given period, first log in to your AnswerConnect App.

Then, go to Manage in the main menu.

Then choose Data.

Using the Date Range control, choose the dates you need and click Export.

When you see the green checkmark indicating the export is complete, choose "Click here to download."

After you download the data, you can import this file into your spreadsheet application of choice, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
